The CSRD and ESRS knowledge base is the same on every plan. What differs is how many queries are included and whether you can bring your own material into separate spaces.
Starter €49, Professional €99, Premium €199 — each per month. Starter covers occasional technical questions without document upload. Professional is built for running projects, with up to 100 MB of your own documents and structured outputs such as gap analyses. Premium adds separate knowledge spaces per client or project, up to 1 GB of upload and a Google Drive connection with no data limit.

Why separate spaces only on Premium?
Because they carry an overhead not everyone needs. Working on a single project, shared storage is enough. Serving five clients, their material must not sit in one shared holding — neither technically nor contractually. Premium is built for that case, including the Google Drive connection so project material flows in without manual upload and without a data limit.

Which plan suits a sole practitioner?
Starter for occasional technical questions, Professional for running projects with your own documents. Premium becomes worthwhile as soon as several engagements run in parallel and their material must stay apart.
What counts as a query?
One question to the system including its answer. Follow-up questions within a conversation each count separately.
Can I switch later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time; uploaded documents and the spaces you created stay in place.
